- Return Period - If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can ask to return your product within 14 days (“Return Period”) from the date of delivery. The return window will automatically be closed after the expiration of the Return Period.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment once the gallery receives the artwork in the same state in which it was delivered to the customer and passes the inspection stage.
- In cases where the return is requested due to change of mind or personal preference or where no substantive reason is placed by the customer, the following amounts are strictly non- refundable- (i) original shipping and delivery charges, (ii) customs duties, import taxes and clearances fees, (iii) return shipping costs, including any applicable customs or re-import charges. In such cases the customer shall bear all the return shipping and related charges.
- All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for international returns.
- We shall not be responsible for delays, losses or additional charges arising due to (i) customs inspections, (ii) Governmental actions or regulations or (iii) Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Please note that made-to-order products, such as commissioned artwork and custom and made-to-order design pieces are not eligible for return or refund. The artwork will only be accepted for return if it is found to be damaged in transit. For return on basis of damages in transit an email can be marked to [email protected] along with photos and videos of the damaged artwork.

- Our Customer Care specialists will inform you how to proceed with your return once your request has been received.
- The customer will be responsible to repack the artwork in its original condition for safe return. Only the artwork which is received by gallery in the same condition in which it was received, will qualify for refund of amount.
- You will receive the return shipment documents with clear instructions.
- If needed, we can locate restorers on your behalf, communicate with the artists, or organize your return shipment. However, all the associated costs will be borne by the customer unless expressly agreed otherwise.
- Once the artwork is received by the gallery, it will be inspected, and upon passing the inspection, the refund will be processed.
- It is to emphasis that the return timeline may vary and are dependent on – (i) international return shipping timelines, (ii) artwork inspection completion, (iii) banking and payment gateways processing times or (iv) any other unpredictable dependencies. As these factors are beyond our control, we cannot take guarantee a fixed refund timeline, and processing may take up to or beyond 45 days from receipt of the returned Artwork.
