Dashboard Sections at a Glance

Portfolio

Upload new artworks, edit existing listings, and remove pieces you no longer want to sell. Each artwork supports up to five images and a full description with pricing.

Orders

View all incoming orders from collectors, confirm purchases, and communicate with buyers. Track the real-time status of every transaction in one place.

Delivery Status

Monitor the shipping progress for each sold artwork. Annapurna Art updates the delivery status on your dashboard upon successful delivery, after which your payment is released.

Exhibitions

Create and manage virtual exhibitions directly from the left-side menu. Group artworks into themed shows to increase engagement and attract new collector audiences.

Profile Settings

Update your biography, specialty, location, and profile photo at any time. A current, detailed profile improves your discoverability across the platform.

Manage Your Portfolio

Your portfolio is your storefront. Every artwork you upload becomes a listing on your public artist profile, visible to collectors browsing Annapurna Art globally.
1

Add a New Artwork

Select Add Artwork (or equivalent) in the Portfolio section. Fill in the artwork title, category, medium, dimensions, description, and asking price.
2

Upload Artwork Images

Upload up to 5 images per artwork:
  • 1 Primary image — the main image collectors see in search results and on your profile
  • Up to 4 Secondary images — additional views, detail shots, or in-situ photographs
Use high-resolution images with good, even lighting. Multiple angles and close-up detail shots significantly increase collector confidence and reduce pre-purchase enquiries. Artists with well-photographed portfolios consistently see higher engagement and conversion rates.
3

Review and Publish

Review all details for accuracy — especially the price and dimensions — then publish the listing. Your artwork appears on your public profile immediately after verification.
4

Edit or Remove Artworks

Return to the Portfolio section at any time to update pricing, edit descriptions, swap images, or delete a listing if a piece has been sold outside the platform or is no longer available.
Keep your portfolio active and up to date. Uploading new works regularly signals to the Annapurna Art team that you are an engaged artist — which improves your chances of being featured on the platform and recommended to collectors.

Track and Manage Orders

When a collector places an order for one of your artworks, a notification is sent to your registered email and the order appears in your dashboard.
1

Review the Order

Open the Orders section to see the buyer’s details, the artwork purchased, and the agreed price. Review all information carefully before confirming.
2

Confirm the Order

Confirm the order to proceed with the transaction. This notifies the collector that their purchase is being prepared.
3

Package and Dispatch Your Artwork

Prepare the artwork for shipping. You are responsible for packaging the work and purchasing packaging materials. Annapurna Art’s logistics specialists handle carrier coordination and cover shipping costs charged to the collector.
4

Await Delivery Confirmation and Payment

After your artwork has been dispatched and successfully delivered, Annapurna Art updates the delivery status on your dashboard. Your payment is released once that status is updated.
Payment is released automatically after Annapurna Art updates the delivery status on your dashboard upon confirmed delivery. Ensure your packaging is secure and hand over the artwork promptly so the logistics process can proceed without delay.

Create a Virtual Exhibition

The Exhibition option in the left-side navigation menu lets you curate themed virtual shows from your existing portfolio.
1

Select Exhibition from the left-side menu in your dashboard.
2

Create a New Exhibition

Name your exhibition, write a description, and select the artworks you want to include. Choose a cover image to represent the show.
3

Publish and Share

Publish your exhibition to make it visible on your public profile under the Exhibition tab. Share the link with collectors, galleries, and your network to drive traffic and build new followers.
