A virtual exhibition on Annapurna Art gives your work a dedicated digital gallery space that art enthusiasts from anywhere in the world can step into. Unlike a standard listing page, a virtual exhibition lets you curate a cohesive collection, control the visual environment, and create an immersive browsing experience that mirrors the feel of a real gallery. It is free to create, open to all approved artists, and goes live on the Annapurna Art platform as soon as you publish it.

Why create a virtual exhibition

Global Reach

Your exhibition is visible to art enthusiasts and collectors worldwide — not just local buyers. Anyone with a browser can experience your show.

Immersive Experience

Buyers engage with your work in a curated, gallery-like digital space rather than scrolling through individual listings — leading to stronger emotional connections with your art.

Free to Publish

Creating and hosting a virtual exhibition on Annapurna Art costs nothing. There are no fees for the exhibition tool or for the global exposure it provides.

Create and publish your virtual exhibition

1

Sign up and get your account approved

Before you can create an exhibition, your Annapurna Art artist account must be active and approved. If you have not yet signed up, create your account at artist.annapurnaart.com/signup and complete the verification process. Once approved, you will have full access to your artist dashboard.
2

Open the Exhibition tool in your dashboard

Log in to your Supplier Dashboard and look for Exhibition in the left-hand navigation menu. Click it to open the exhibitions section, where you can manage existing exhibitions or start a new one.
3

Create a new exhibition and select your artworks

Click to create a new exhibition. You must select a minimum of 5 artworks to include. Choose pieces that work together as a collection — consider theme, colour palette, or medium to create a coherent viewing experience for buyers.
Be intentional about your artwork selection. A tightly curated group of 5 to 10 pieces with a clear visual thread makes a stronger impression than a large, mixed selection. Think of it as if you were hanging a real gallery show.
4

Customise your exhibition space

After selecting your artworks, you are taken into a playground interface where you can personalise the look and feel of your exhibition. Adjust colours, strokes, and layout elements to match your artistic vision and create the atmosphere you want buyers to experience.
5

Confirm and publish

Review your exhibition one final time — check the artwork selection, the customisation, and the overall presentation. When you are satisfied, confirm and publish. Your virtual exhibition goes live on the Annapurna Art platform immediately and becomes accessible to buyers and visitors worldwide.

After you publish

Your exhibition is listed on the Annapurna Art exhibitions page and can be discovered by collectors browsing the platform. Buyers can view each artwork in the immersive space, and any piece that is available for sale can be purchased directly. You can manage or update your exhibition at any time from the Exhibition section of your dashboard.
You can run a virtual exhibition alongside your standard listings — exhibiting your work does not remove it from regular search and browsing on the platform.
